China Fire & Security Group Inc. (CFSG) jumped 17 percent to $8.56 in AH on Friday. The Beijing-based maker of safety products is being acquired by Bain Capital Partners LLC for $9 a share.
LeMaitre Vascular Inc. (LMAT) lost 8.4 percent to $6.58. The maker of medical devices for vascular surgeons said it is closing a factory in California and exiting its aortic stent graft business, and revising its 2011 revenue guidance to $61 million.
